Applications Overview
Two separate applications are required to support implementation of the masterplan. These are an Outline Plan and a Land Use Redesignation
Outline Plan
The Outline Plan will establish the overarching block pattern, transportation, and servicing strategy for the site. This application sets in motion the subdivision and separation of the site into sellable, buildable parcels that will form individual components of the overall neighbourhood.
Land Use Redesignation
The Land Use Redesignation will change the underlying land use for each parcel, ensuring that the regulatory framework is in place to allow for efficient and timely approvals for development applications aligned with the masterplan.
